While we strive to maintain accurate data, charter pricing, fuel policies, and marina rules are subject to change without notice by third-party boat owners and operators.

3. Non-Agency & Charter Disclaimers

RentMiami.yachts is not a yacht broker, charter agent, maritime operator, or vessel owner. We do not participate in negotiations, charter agreements, safety briefings, or financial transactions between charterers and boat owners. Any charter contract, payment, insurance policy, or cancellation agreement is strictly between you and your chosen third-party booking partner or boat operator.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RentMiami.yachts or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Site, your reliance on published price estimates, or any incidents occurring aboard vessels booked through external links.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
